Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Trivia, a project by Little Tech Solutions Limited, handles information when you use this website and game.
Quick Trivia is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide personal details to play.
1. Information you provide to us
If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to maintain relevant business records.
2. Information generated when you use Quick Trivia
2.1. Game session data
Quick Trivia uses your browser's sessionStorage to temporarily store
information needed to maintain your game session, such as your progress and score.
This information remains on your device and is not sent to Little Tech Solutions Limited. Session storage is normally cleared when the relevant browser session or tab is closed.
2.2. Website hosting and security
Quick Trivia is hosted using Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google. Like most web hosting services, Firebase may process technical information associated with requests to the website, including IP addresses, for purposes such as delivering the website, maintaining security, detecting abuse, and providing service usage information.
2.3. Web analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website usage and performance, for example page views, traffic patterns, and website performance.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to operate without cookies or persistent client-side storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors. We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking analytics on Quick Trivia.
3. Trivia questions and Open Trivia DB
Quick Trivia obtains trivia questions from Open Trivia DB . When you start a game, your browser makes a request to the Open Trivia DB API in order to retrieve the questions required for that game.
As a result, Open Trivia DB may receive technical information normally associated with an internet request, such as your IP address and browser request information. Open Trivia DB operates independently from Little Tech Solutions Limited.
4. Cookies
Quick Trivia does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or other non-essential cookies.
We use browser session storage only where required to provide game functionality. For more information, see our Cookie and Storage Policy.
