This policy explains how Quick Trivia, a project by Little Tech Solutions Limited, uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies.

Quick Trivia is designed to minimise tracking and browser storage. We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or other non-essential cookies.

1. Does Quick Trivia use cookies?

Quick Trivia does not currently set cookies for advertising, behavioural tracking, or web analytics.

Because we do not use non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies that require your consent, Quick Trivia does not display a cookie consent banner.

Quick Trivia uses the browser's sessionStorage feature to temporarily store information required while you play a game.

Session storage normally lasts only for the current browser session or tab and is removed by the browser when that session ends.

3. Cloudflare Web Analytics

Quick Trivia uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and performance.

Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without cookies or persistent client-side storage such as localStorage. It is designed to provide aggregate website analytics without identifying or tracking individual visitors.

4. Hosting and infrastructure

Quick Trivia uses external infrastructure providers, including Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare, to deliver and protect the website.

These services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, as part of providing website delivery, security, abuse prevention, and related infrastructure services. This processing does not involve Quick Trivia placing advertising or analytics cookies on your device.

5. Managing browser storage

You can clear website data, including session storage, using your browser's privacy or site-data controls.

Clearing Quick Trivia's session data while a game is in progress may reset information relating to that game.

6. Future changes

If Quick Trivia introduces technologies in the future that require user consent, such as advertising cookies or non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and introduce an appropriate consent mechanism before those technologies are used.
